I wish to advise that Ian completely satisfied with the service and friendly manner in which I have been received the doctor is both pleasant and competent and attends to every detail no matter how minor. The reception staff are extremely pleasant and helpful nothing is too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend Drayton Street family practice to anyone regards Barry Sheppard.

Reception is always polite and efficient. All efforts are made to find a suitable time and have had call backs when a better time is found. Dr Tet is excellent and is a very upstanding and capable doctor.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the practice is very busy and sometimes I have to wait 2-4 weeks for an non urgent appointment.A great country practice

Attendance here has always been a time effective experience. Never waiting long before seeing the Doctor of our choice. Treatment,either for surgery or advice has always been of a high standard. Overall genuinely a pleasant experience.

A big thank you to all the staff who have helped me in the past 12mths with my broken leg! The staff are always helpful and either squeeze you in when they can, contact you if there's a cancellation or sort for the closest appointment available if it's not an emergency. The practice and amenities are extremely hygienic, and the health professionals seem to attend to your every question. I'd have no problems in recommending them to others in the future.

Drayton Street Family Practice
Heather and Julie have been beyond helpful with my 2 sick children over the last 3 months. Always kind and polite have put them on cancellation lists when needed. Dr Madeline has been my GP for years now and has always been welcoming. Dr Robinson has seen the kids for last minute appointments lately and is always thorough with their checks, delighted to see the kids and friendly. The nurse Jason has been doing my daughters immunisations since she was a newborn, always with plenty of information any questions I've asked have been answered and I'm not to be made to feel silly for asking.Thank you Heather, Julie, Dr Madeline, Dr Robinson & Jason!

Friendly reception. Dr. Grace who I saw on this occasion was easy to talk to and very helpful. I normally see Dr. Manuel who is also pleasant and very helpful too. Would highly recomend this Medical Practice.

Drayton Street Family Practice
I have been using the Drayton St. Family Practice for over 20 years. Their receptionists are always helpful and obliging and the doctors and nurses I have been assigned, have been first rate. Unfortunately, waiting times for a consultation are becoming longer, but where possible, the girls at reception do their best to keep it to a minimum. I would highly recommend this clinic not only as a bulk biller, but for its overall efficiency. Michael Brown.
