Food was terrible. Ordering a chicken burger meal.bun, cheese, tomato was cold and the chicken was warm and the chilli was not really chilli. The burger was tiny and charging $21 for a meal over priced. One of the most disappointing nandos meal. The burgers are better at Oporto by far !! Nandos no no .

Service was slow, staff seemed confused. Had two meals, they mixed up which one was spicy and which one was not.Won't be coming again.

five stars changed to 1 star because of rude staff on 15th April 2023 at 5.23 PM. Failed to complete dine in more than 30 minss and on asking after 30 min instead of being apologetic asked to take refund. Manager even have no tag of manager

Horrible experience today, went there to open fast, placed order at 5:20 and never heard back from them untill reached them to ask, after 35 minutes some of the stuff was ready.Manager and staff were so rude ans unhelpful.Very bad customer service. Never going to com back here again.

It was better than I expected. The food was tasty, the service was friendly. The membership program seems to be good value. Planning to return for another dinner soon.

I purchased a meal online which cost $30. Upon arriving at the scheduled time I was told that my meal would be another 30 mins.I asked for a refund, the restaurant apparently can not organise refund and they gave me the generic customer email.It’s been a week now, they don’t get back to me, they took my money and they do nothing about it.Last time I buy something from this unorganised pathetic organisation.

Very quite night .lady couldn't be bothered to clear a table outside for us.They refuse to take cash. I will never again support these places who refuse to take cash .Ridiculous
