My heater had been effected by a recent thunderstorm and being middle of winter it was freezing. Holloway were very time efficient at getting out and quoting up for insurance. Once the all clear was given they got the parts in very quickly and were booked and coming out two days later. Which unfortunately was a raining day and we thought the job wouldn't be done but as soon as the rain stopped he was up on the getting it installed. I honestly couldn't fault them at all from the office to their workers that come out. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing any heating or cooling work done.

Holloway Air have replaced 2 older existing large reverse cycle ducted systems on our property. The installations have been particularly neat, integrating new components with existing ducts and plumbing without issue. The staff are always highly responsive, courteous, knowledgable and punctual. I can definitely recommended Holloway Air without hesitation.

Installation was good, fair and helpful with payment options.Only fault was we were not contacted to say electrician was not able to come on the day of installation and we waited till 3:30pm and had to call for it to be followed up (we had plans at 4pm) to be told electrician got held up and won't be able to come until 2 days later.I understand we all get busy and held up. Just would have been nice to be contacted when the electrician knew he wasn't going to make it.Otherwise would use this company again, friendly and helpful, A/C and heater works great!

I’d almost giving up hope that my old Rinnai heater would ever work again, I contacted Holloway Air for one last attempt before surrendering to an expensive new system. Best call I ever made, they were so professional on the phone and prompt, Brock was able pinpoint the problem and the old thing is going as good as it’s ever been. I’m so thankful and would recommend them without hesitation.

Thank you so much for the very prompt and professional service. 24 hours after ringing up, after waiting 6 weeks for a new evaporated system put in at another firm, we are sitting here in a cool house. I can’t believe how quick you were. Amazing service and fantastic effort to get it done before the heat wave. We would recommend Holloway Air to all.
