I won’t ever go back they expect you to pay an extra $2 to sprinkle chocolate on your $2 coffee like coco powder is a precious resource and you should be grateful they allow you to use their precious powder I threw the coffee in the bin and walked out

Young girl working this morning is very cold and rude. Check if she’s doing ok. Sure she’s a great but need to make sure she’s not like that with all your customers as you will lose business. Can see bad reviews here saying similar. Have a word to her and improve that. I will delete this post if she can improve. Let’s see.

Lady running night shift on 30/11/2020 what a sad sack of an employee. Not helpful in any regard.I hope she gets some help one day so she can turn that frown around.

If only i could do no stars I think ive met the rudest woman manager in NSW.. heard her screeching at a customer as i walked in about some minor issue I was going to grab coffee and food but she just made me feel so uncomfortable, paid for my fuel with absolutely no friendliness from Elise her name tag said wont be back ..she needs a new career ..not in customer service just on her own somewhere ... unbelievable...what are you employing 7ELEVEN??

Went in to buy a drink lady serving very rude then called me a name under her breath as i walked out so i went back and asked what she said, she told me not to come back. Reading other reviews sounds like she does this often? Not good enough 711

Doesn't even deserve a star!Old, dishevelled and rude staff at 10pm 17/3/20 (Don't care to know her name, just she has glasses). Should not be employed!People should stay away from this store. Can't accurately and graphically describe that here!

Looks brand new, parking for people not filling up. Shelves were stocked and coffee machine was very clean. Staff was friendly and personable
