I ordered a home printer from Printzone and rang to check about its delivery. I was delighted with the response. The phone was answered immediately and the conversation was friendly and helpful. Not only that, my request for prompt delivery was dealt with and the printer was delivered within 24 hours….to a different city. Perfect service.

All set up, quite easy following instructions, very happy with this product. Love the ink idea of it, and the price is very reasonable, it's up to my expectations. And it doesn't take up a lot of room.

You only know how good a company is when something goes wrong. The printheads I purchased did not actually work on my printer so I called Printzone and advised them - they totally understood and arranged for an immediate refund. No mucking around which was greatly appreciated. Great company to work with - would definitely purchase from them again.

Ordered items were despatched quickly and arrived on time. The toner cartridges were exactly as ordered and work well. This is the second order from Prtintzone and I highly recommend them as a supplier.

Super impressed. Pricing was excellent, but the delivery time was unbelievable- ordered one day and received the next. For a big item like my printer that was better and faster than Amazon!! Very happy customer.

We ordered our new printer online on Wednesday 3 May after 5:00 pm and it was delivered by 10:00 am on Friday 5 May. We commend them on their excellent service and will happily do business with them again.
