Placed an order early January, spent forever chasing it up, they almost sent it to the wrong address and after being constantly lied to it was eventually sent in JULY.We then had to return it (at our postage cost), they confirmed they had received the item a month ago and have still not refunded the amount. When they eventually started ignoring us we posted a review, then we were told they would not refund us until we removed said review. In the interest of moving things along we deleted it, and guess what - NO REFUND still.We're a young, small business trying to do everything and these people have been such a pathetic waste of time.
