Crown Medical Figtree

I've been attending Crown Medical Figtree since it opened and found the front office staff to be friendly efficient and communicative concerning appointments and follow up. The doctors I have regularly seen are knowledgeable, interested in my health and willing to provide professional advice and treatment. I would highly recommend this practice.

I started attending Crown Medical Centre Figtree regularly only about a year ago when my long time GP was on leave and I needed ongoing medical attention after I had a bad fall. It is the best medical centre I have ever had anything to do with in my - very long - life.The practice as a whole is very well managed. The reception staff are courteous and efficient and appointments are usually arranged very quickly - often same day. It is also rare to be kept on hold.I usually consult the same doctor but when I have had to see another doctor I have not been disappointed.The nurses and ancillary staff have, likewise, been a pleasure to deal with.If you are looking for an all round great medical centre, this is the one to choose.

Our family have been using this practice for over 8 years and couldn't recommend it highly enough. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful and the waiting area is spacious and clean. All the doctors are patient and caring, offering all services from pathology to skin checks. The online booking system is really helpful too!

The receptionist staff, doctors are pathology staff at Crown Medical Figtree are wonderful. From the first call, they have always fitted us in to see a doctor asap if not on the same day. When having blood work done by the nurses, it isn’t as daunting as it would normally be, as they make you feel at ease and very comfortable. And the doctors are exceptional with their patients including children. They take their time and ask questions, My teens and I never feel rushed and we would Highly recommend to anyone looking for a medical practice you can rely on for you and, or your family.

It's always a great experience at crown medical Figtree. Mary, Tennille and all the girls at reception are always welcoming, resourceful and helpful. They have amazing doctors working there including Dr Jayswal and Dr Buckingham who are great with kids! There is also a big treatment room great for procedures and a pathology service too! Overall I highly recommend ☺️

Lovely staff, excellent quality of service; and wonderful doctors!! Highly recommend :) never had an issue in years of attending appointments here. Mary has moved mountains for me at times to get me the care I need.

Crown Medical staff and Doctors are fantastic! You can get an appointment quickly, either over the phone or website. The Dr’s are always on time, very caring and can look after your whole family with complete professionalism. Crown Medical is conveniently located medical practice with a helpful and caring team of front line staff, nurses and doctors. I have left from all of my visits feeling confident about my health care plan, along with receiving follow up calls to check on my progress. My family cannot recommend Crown Medical enough!

I don’t always write reviews but I am so pleased with the service at Crown medical figtree. Right from the start the staff at reception are beautiful and so helpful. The doctor I regularly see is so professional and always helps me when I need it. The facility is modern and up to date with the latest services such as skin checks, pathology, psychologist, baby checks and services and many more.I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough for all your needs. Very pleased!
