Don’t shop there sell faulty products and take no responsibility for the item to be repaired. Treat u like you trying get something for free out it . New watch for Xmas open and not working. So unprofessional. We all know receipt fade ! And apparently guarantee number means nothing ? Why email it to the customer? Very disappointed will never shop there again.
