Is a second tier Coles and therefore isnt up to standard Seems quite a few products are no longer stocked. Very poor meat selection since butchers sacked.Has huge cooler full of mince only and not much else.Sorbet we like hasnt been in stock for months Changed supplier for some cakes for the worse. Seems to have a supply problem quite often as if you arent early you miss out. Not really good enough.However the staff generally are pleasant and quite helpful.

How many unsatisfied customers share my numerous experience with this store?A regular pick and collect customer hereEverytime I order fresh produce they always seem to pick and pack the oldest about to go out of date produce for these orders.The amount of rubbish quality of produce I have received over the years is unacceptable, hence I stopped ordering their produce online.However I have just got out of hospital and needed some urgent groceries and produceSure enough the packet of beans I received had 1 day expiry date on it, fresh raspberries were already soft, onions were old and my large bottle of coffee milk the packaging looked old and had no use by date on it.Totally unacceptable !!!

Does need an upgrade as it looks old and out of date. You can get what you need if it available, convenient with having other shops around to eat and look around. Plenty of parking under shade cloths

The Centre is not real disability friendly in terms of parking, whilst there are 3 or 4 bays out the front they're not situated as conveniently. There's 3 or 4 DP and then 4 General parking which are closer to the ramp, where the disabled parking is you can't get your wheel chair or walker up the gutter, and you have walk around the back of the cars which puts you into the traffic to get to the access ramp. It's a bit odd and really not well thought out.

Utterly disgusting service this morning just after 9.30 am at Coles North Shore ( Pacific Paradise) with my elderly husband told to move on because the cashier could not put 3 products through the register before closing it down.

Everything you would expect from the big chain. Lots of produce and lots of stock with a wide selection. They have a lot of products that cater for dietary requirements along with a bit of hot food available in the deli section.Staff are friendly and service is prompt.

Been shopping here (unfortunately) for years. This store is a shocker. Stock is always an issue (But never so with Woolies). Staff are at times simply hopeless and the manager is not on top of things.

Bec, who served me yesterday morning, went above and beyond; firstly, by serving me after I had unknowingly lined up when her register was closing. Once I had noticed the sign, I began to move away to the next open register when she called me back.She had a friendly demeanour and made genuine conversation, which led to her giving me amazing recommendations on things to see and do as a tourist while visiting Queensland.Thank you Bec for your wonderful customer service ✨️
