Very lovely customer service at Mecca Rouse Hill. I was served by two beautiful ladies Saba and Sarah! They were individually attentive and went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting all the help that I needed. I felt comfortable and accepted something that I haven’t felt in many retail stores. I will most definitely be coming back here. 5 stars ladies, thank you.

Have had such a bad experience at this store, time and time again. I have been to this store 2-3 times, trying to give the benefit of the doubt as maybe they were having a bad day, new employees ect. I always have to find someone to help, no one approaches me but instead talking amongst themselves one occasion. I always mention my problem areas (I am new to skincare and make up - I would go to Mecca for guidance). I have received a chemical burn from a sample of retinol I used, I said I was getting some lines under my eyes and my makeup wasn't sitting well, I was recommended retinol I had said I have never used retinol and didn't know what to do, I was given a sample of 1%, after chemical burns on the test area I researched and had found that as a newbie to retinol you should be starting on a low amount and not used everyday. Which was not advised to me.I continued to go back and had mentioned that I was burnt (no real comment on that) and proceeded to purchase make up, at this point my skin changed and I am now oily and acne prone, I mention this and I also mentioned that my beautician said I should make sure I'm using water based products. Everyone probably thinks I am naive for not knowing myself or doing any research myself but I went to Mecca fro guidance as the Liverpool and Macarthur have always been helpful. The ingredients aren't displayed on the displays at Mecca and when looking online, Ingredient lists look like a science experiment, I was not sure how to read them and which ingredient was what.I went back a third time to purchase more concealer and I ask a question is the one I get water based and she wasn't sure and would find out, she didn't come back to me and i waited around for a special order then said I would order online. I also took home a sample of a primer which had a sticker that said water based, to find out today neither the concealer, foundation or primer are water based.I feel very mislead my Mecca Rouse Hill and if you are new to skin care or need guidance, do not go to this Mecca as there is no education from the staff, their job is to just sell anything even if it's not good for your skin.

A blessing to go into this store today and have the beautiful Annie show me which foundation & primer best suits my skin type.A huge shout out to the beautiful Annie, who delivered a high standard of care & compassion, she applied my foundation and found the best type fir my skin.I highly recommend all you lovely woman of the world to get yourselves into this store located in Rouse Hill.I cant wait to go back in Feb 2023 to have my make up done via professional make up artistMerry Christmas to all the staff at Rouse Hill may 2023 be a wonderful blessed year

Went there today to purchase some make up, politely asked one of the girls for help, she gave me a dirty look and made me feel like I was bothering her, really bad customer service, she didn’t make eye contact, did not greet me and looked angry to have to get the make up that I wanted to buy. She was walking around with a headset, very unprofessional and won’t be returning to that store

The help I received yesterday was amazing! I hate that I didn’t catch the name of the beautiful girl that helped me, but she had glasses & was on the shorter side & had mentioned that she travels a distance to get to work. She was beyond amazing & couldn’t apologise enough for trying to juggle customers & help myself at the same time. She colour matched me with the CT foundation & gave me samples to try out which I loved! Thank you again.

good customer service, I was asked probably 3 times if I needed any assistance. when I did the girl helped me find my shade and explained to me about good products for my oily skin.Wore the foundation that i purchased and it’s great, isn’t wiping off and great for oily skin. U could also tell the girl was new and she did great. Thank you

The girls here are super nice and extra helpful. I had to get quite a few samples as I had been trying out multiple things for my skincare and hair care. I was a bit embarrased to ask for samples but the girls here made me comfortable and told me i could have as many as i want. Sorry i forgot her name but you guys are doing an awesome job.❤️

I was helped today by a Rouse Hill member while she was working at the Macquarie store. I was looking for a product that was possibly out of stock and Michelle helped me. Michelle had such a contagiously happy energy! We were lucky enough to find what i was after at Macquarie, but i’m definitely seeking her out for future visits at Rouse Hill!

Suitable for all ages. All the Staff are extremely friendly and I’ve never come across one that doesn’t know their products. Mecca absolutely rules over any department store I’ve visited. Best bit - not at all pushy on the sales (that really puts me off). Once you know the products you love the online ordering is easy with quick delivery. Comes beautifully presented. Great for gifts too.

I went to the store at Rouse Hill Town Center, despite of the store super busy, I was directly served by Ria.Ria's customer service was amazing, she served me with full smile and asked me what I was looking for and how she can help. She didn't push me to spending and very patiently did few test on me. The product she recommended was what was right for me. To make me feel even sure, she gave me a mirror and asked me to look under daylight instead of just looking at the mirror in the shop with all the lighting. Amazing , kind and really helpful. I didn't feel judged for my lack of experience with makeup, and she was super helpful. Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had. Thank you Ria from MECCA Rouse Hill Town Center.
