Staff were nice and friendly and cost is low.This air park had little vairation in trampoline activities. There are no foam pits for adults. The individual trampolines are further apart than average increasing risk of injury which is increased by the lack of upkeep.There are air hockey tables, table tennis, a large nerf gun arena and a lot of claw machines but they are more space fillers for the large warehouse.Safety issues aside this would be a great place for pre teens but lack luster for teenagers and adults.Make sure you read the waiver and understand you can not sue if you injure yourself. Standard for all air parks.

What a great place for the kids to flip out and have some fun. It is made better for us older folk by the comfy chairs and excellent service, as well as the plentiful amounts of junk food you can enjoy while waiting for the kids.

Don't bother people this place has been shutdown for months now, plus it was a good place to go but was a little pricey,it was one of many places that has shutdown in orange..

Nowra... The horrible place of Nowra has a better flip out. There wasn't a foam pit for the bigger tramps, the trampolines area was miniscule and basic. Most of the warehouse was taken up by empty nothing. A giant area for nerf that is never used and even more extremely basic. While the rest just had vending and claw machines, massage chairs and seats. That's all... Waste of time. Ok for wasting time but just is extremely minimum...

I really enjoy visiting Flip out. I enjoy it, the kids enjoy it and it’s well worth the cost to have some good healthy fun with the kids. It has a variety of areas to cater to different ages including a foam pit and smaller scale trampoline area for the young ones and a large area for the older kids and ‘kids at heart’. Snacks and drink are also available. Definitely pay them visit for your next family day out.
