Tai Chi at Meredith Community Centre. This is a lovely exercise class. Gentle stretches, forms and rhythms that promote positive energy and body awareness.

Visited meredith during the golden plains shire arts trail and was pleased to see what was available in a small center like meredith. The information available about the area was helpful in navigation around to artists studio's and also about what other activities available in the shire. Don't be backwards in coming forward about asking a silly question because getting a proper answer might stop you making a silly mistake and missing out on seeing or experiencing something great.
