Automasters in Claremont are very friendly and professional. My windscreen wiper arm was completely broken this morning and with this weather I was a bit panicked. Rob was able to help me and fixed it within only a few seconds. Super friendly guy. Can recommend this Automasters location to anyone!! Thanks for your help Rob.

Best car service experience I have had was with Claremont auto masters. So friendly and easy to communicate with, booked me in straightaway and had my car driving beautifully by the afternoon. Upfront about all the costs not hiding anything from me, and didn’t mind a few calls to get figured out what I wanted done. Would highly recommend! Thanks guys!

The quality of the repairs or servicing is consistently good. We have never needed to return the vehicle for corrective work. The manager is prompt with communication - whether good or bad news, and always attempts to meet our vehicle pickup expectations. On one occasion Automasters found my long lost wallet within the car dash section and returned in tact with $400 cash within. They are clearly honest and trustworthy.

Poor service and high prices. I found that many things marked as done in the checklist were not done. Went to another mechanic after this service and they were able to spot a lot of issues in my car that AutoMasters didn't (even when I asked them to do a thorough check of my vehicle).

Super happy with the service. Jeff was super friendly, nice and helpful. He suggested what needs to be done, but also said a few things can absolutely wait. The turnaround was very quick and the price very reasonable. The best Auto Masters I've been to and I will be coming back:) Thank you.
