Was told two weeks it has been four for my return yes there was a problem but was only brought too my attention at the last day of the two weeks cause I was chasing my money. I had appointment it was cancelled by computer and again was only fixed because I called. I believe this business has got too lax a Daisy with there name I think if you go to hr block probably better to go to Aspley because they have last say anyway.

Avoid like the plague. I'm a foreigner, new to Australian taxes and knew more than the accountant I was given. Absolutely useless. The branch manager wasn't anymore help.

Our tax is very straight forward (not a business) and have been going there for around 8 years. The office is relaxed and very basic, but not had any issues.
