I had never seen a life-coach/counciler before seeing Jo. I was in a very unstable mental state and didn't know what to do with myself. Jo made me feel so comfortable in a way that I could literally tell her anything with no judgement at all. She helped me understand more about myself, uncover my past and deal with trauma events that I had just stuffed down deep. She has became like a second mum to me and I can not recommend her enough, infact - many of my friends have now been to see her and are now becoming the best versions of themselves. She is a true professional in her field and just a lovely person to have in your life :)

I have done coaching programs in the past and this year had an extremely difficult circumstance occur which evoked some turbulence emotionally. I was referred to Jo as a coach and felt confident in what I believed would be an excellent process. Jo is simply an amazing professional woman with a huge heart and an awesome skill set. She has a number of specialities, all of which she excels in.Her application of a combination of Pilates, counselling, and NLP skills helped me to progress with both physical and emotional issues, and cope with a very difficult situation. I would not hesitate to recommend her, and indeed have referred others to her already.Just being around Jo is energising and calming at the same time. She truly loves to watch others thrive, and obviously enjoys whatever part she can play in helping that to happen.
