DO NOT SEND PEOPLE HERETHEY CHARGE 3k a month and don’t even have a kitchen on site..frozen and reheated food is unacceptable for people unable to make their own food.You should be ashamed, one of Australia’s greatest scams

I recently had a family member in IRT Campbelltown, worst experience for them. The staff were extremely rude and often ignored my relative when they required help or assistance. Communication with the staff was also very poor and didn’t appear to be competent at all when I had enquires or simple questions. I would not recommend this facility to anyone

My husband & I visited Macarthur IRT Village in December 2012 with the view of moving to the village when a vacancy occurs. We were taken for a tour of the village by a very helpful lady called Kathy (unfortunately we did not get her surname). She was very professional & extremely helpful.We also spoke with a gentleman who is a volunteer at the village, again very helpful. He told us this is the best move I ever made". With this help

My grandmother was in the nursing home part, healthy and happy for 5 years, caught the influenza virus and died, another 4 others are in hospital as well, makes you wonder the care they receive. Not to mention a 94yr old women across the hall fell over and my mother helped her took 10 minutes for staff to arrive, she died from the fall.
