Medicinal Cannabis Consults Melbourne - Māgū

Consult with the GP over Telehealth was excellent, then everything went downhill from there. Invoicing was incorrect, documentation & communication were sloppy and unprofessional. Took almost 3 weeks after the consult to track down where the medication had gone, due to delays caused by double billing & them giving the pharmacy the wrong address, which I'd have noticed if any of the invoices had actually included my address.The medication itself was great, but upon trying to book a follow up consult to get a repeat prescription, their online booking system has been disabled & the idea of having to chase them down again via email or text or phone is frankly exhausting and I'm over the comedic irony of how arduous it is to deal with Magu. Still, the doctor & the product were great, the rigmarole in between was ridiculous.

Awful service from the very beginning, they take so long to respond to enquires leaving patients waiting.Then the pharmacy is constantly out of stock to then offering less effective substitute products.I have been in touch with Magu to discuss issues with them explaining my concerns are being investigated.It’s now been close to 3 weeks with a refill required and no answer.Do not use Magu or Dukasa compounding they are very unhelpful.

I'd stay clear, I wish I'd of read these reviews prior, one week and still no product or ship date, you've been warned

Originally not a good review however I did receive a lot of good help after expressed my concerns. Have quickly resolved the problem with the company owner who provided some further information for future consults aswell. Bit different to other clinics in terms of ordering etc but will do a follow up and see how it goes
