I have 3 Panasonic aircons with one playing up intermittently. I had another repairer diagnose faulty boards and a price to repair of over $2000....more than the cost I originally paid for entire aircon. Surf fixed it in less than an hour....but will replace one board later when it arrives (under warranty) as it was a potential fault. They took a week to get here but that is obviously because they are very good and in high demand

Rang up for a quote for a brand new ducted system. Lady was more than happy to book in a time. However the guy never showed up after me waiting all day! So i call and the lady apologies and says he will be there the next day. AGAIN no show! Its one thing to not show up but to reassure me that you are interested in the job and you are coming out to quote it is just wrong. if you had too much on or didn't want it just tell me instead of wasting my time.
