Great service with reasonable price. Evaline always treats me with warm welcome to make it feel like home, especially the receptionist named Sally. The staffs are helpful and really friendly, along with the fantastic Shellac.

Salon is spotless, comfortable and there is so much colour choice. Ivy and Tina do perfect work every time. Sally at the front is everything that customer service should be - welcoming, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. I’ve been coming here regularly for the last few months after my old salon closed. Worth every cent!

After the longest search for a great nail salon.. I FINALLY found it! This salon is luxurious and welcoming. Super clean and modern. Shout out to Lisa !! She is the bomb! Absolutely love her work and I always leave so satisfied. The reception girl is super friendly and a doll! Highly recommend !!

I made an appointment last week for 10:30am… and they served me at 10:30am! Tina did a fantastic job, this is honestly the happiest I’ve ever been. Customer service was a highlighting point. Halfway through they gave all the customers bottles of water! It was so thoughtful. Very clean and pretty environment. Please support this business (but not so much that I can’t make another appointment!)

Sally is everything a nail salon needs. Her customer service is excellent and instantly makes you feel welcomed and comfortable.Although slightly pricey in comparison to other salons, you can justify the extra $15-$20 by the exceptional service and complimentary drinks you receive.Highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting Evaline Beauty last week and the service itself was extremely disappointing. The customer service itself was great, they are lovely and the bottles of water and complimentary teas were lovely but I feel that’s what we paid for as the pedicure felt rushed and my partner and I were in and out within 20 minutes. It was the quickest dunk of the feet, short scrub and we were done, it didn’t feel like value for money. My partner even said they wouldn’t return and it was not worth the money. I did contact the company to share my experiences and they did offer a free pedicure. I can give them credit for good customer service.

Not the best with overlay manicure. They didnt do my cuticles properly. I also did a pedicure I asked the lady to cut them shorter as they were outgrown and she cut them really short. She said its normal and they will grow back in a few days. I didnt like the shape of it either I said square and they look round. Not happy with my nails but customer service was good in general got a complimentary water bottle and was very clean. Was extremely overpriced as well I paid $140 for manicure and pedicure. Was not expecting it to be that much I didnt even ask for nail art it was simple white overlay on my hands and french tip on my toes. Wont be going back there to be honest.

I had a wonderful experience at Evaline Beauty! The staff were lovely and accommodating and served me immediately upon arrival. The shop is beautifully designed, with an elegant and upscale atmosphere that makes you feel pampered. The attention to detail was exceptional, and my nails turned out perfectly. I am thrilled with the results and cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend this salon for anyone seeking an exceptional nail service :)

Went to Evaline yesterday from the moment I walked in I felt relaxed in their luxurious surroundings. The service was impeccable I loved the pedicure and manicure with acrylics. A lot of nail salons have a stressed/rushed feeling but not here they take their time and the end result is amazing. Will be a regular from now on it’s about time we had a great salon in Liverpool.
