I would highly recommend NOT engaging Alan Kennedy from Tricend engineering the service I received was extremely unprofessional and down right rude, please shop around there are much better engineers in the Byron ShireI also would not ask to have your documents sent to you as a hard copy and this is way too difficult for Alan Kennedy, he's way to important to head to a post office and send customers the documents they paid for worst customer service I have ever received.DONT USE TRICEND you will be very disappointed
