Glasshouse Mountains & Beerwah Motel

It's a bit run down and need some work, new carpets and decor but... It's functional, really nice people running the motel and you will have a great time staying here. There is also a really good family Chinese restaurant right over the road. Short drive to the town centre & Australia Zoo. A+++

The managment at the motel were so kind, welcoming and offered amazing service. The room was perfect for us and lead on to a back verenda which was really cool! It was comfortable and clean.Will definitely be back here again. Thank you so much to the friendly beautiful staff.

The Glasshouse Motel Beerwah is disgustingly filthy. I went to get a cup out of the cupboard and it had mould all on the bottom. The television did not work. If I had gone to a second hand shop and climbed into a bed, I think it may have been cleaner. The single bed I slept on had an angle. The pictures of the motel do not reflect the motel. It is run down and filthy. I only slept 3.5 hours and I couldn't get out of the place fast enough. Filthy, dirty, unkempt, bad taste furnishings. Run down and ought to be shut down. Horrible experience. The shower had a blob of snot on the wall and it looked like it had blood, I tried not to see it, for fear of vomitting in the shower. The bottom of the fridge and cupboard had white dust and cobwebs around it. The door had dirty print marks from top to bottom so I am guessing it has actually never, ever been cleaned. 0 star rating. Even the gounds were unkempt.

Absolutely the worst motel I have ever stayed at. We paid $150 for a 2 br unit for one night and the pictures do not show how bad it really is. There are no meals as they advertise, rooms are dirty, old and I feel knocking it down is the only good that could come from this. Never stay at this place. A dog kennel is cleaner and newer than this motel.No tropical garden views nor modern air-conditioning. Cupboards are bolted shut and the front door has no security.

We arrived expecting to stay two nights booked and were told we could only have one! Said they had left message and I did not get back to them so they re booked someone else! Being a very busy weekend and the reason we were there (beachfest car show) could not get accom anywhere else so had to go home 3.5 hrs travel! The room was very dated and needing lots of tlc freezing night down to 6 degrees and no heater!Unheard of a phone call to see if we wanted accom we had booked because there were lots of people they could book in! Had to 1pm to let them know!!!!! I guess we were lucky we still had one night!!!! Thanks very much for ruining our weekend away! Would not recommend!!

Nice room. The rooms have wifi, TV, tea & coffee facility, black out curtains

We booked last minute place was clean, fridge tv,sheets towels and bed reansonably good , shower ok, had a reasonable price , great location, carpet old, rooms need paint, the cupboards were in need of a replacement. Not the most run down place we have stayed in but still had good presentation. If the owners had opportunity to paint and replace cupboards would be able to command up to $40 more per night and we would come back. To be properly dog friendly remove carpets. As previous dogs smells remain in carpet.

It is a budget motel and you get what you pay for. The bed was nice and clean. Owners were nice and welcoming. Would consider coming back if passing through again; however, the bathroom is outdated and the floor looked dirty.Thanks for the semi decent night.
