They sell defective faulty products and refuse to exchange them,even with the offer of more money to get a brand new tv so to avoid the same poor quality issues as i had before and having to avoid returning the tv 3 months later will never shop here again and recommend you don't either

Bought the 65' Samsung QN900B from Buy Smarte as they got the best price in the market. I was a bit skeptical at first because the website looks really basic. However, after reading the reviews here and on Product Review, i decided to go ahead with the purchase. The TV was great, having no issues so far. Jon called me back within 5 minutes of my enquiry. He is super responsive to emails as well. Mick P - the delivery driver is very friendly too. It was a bit hard to install the TV but he did not rush or complain. I am happy with the TV and the customer service. Highly recommended.

Best prices going around and ridiculously fast delivery. Don't know how they do it.Website could do with some TLC but can't beat the price and service.

I recently bought the LG C2 n it was one of the cheapest prices online. I hadnt heard of buy smarte but google said they were good.Received the tv within 3 days. (Dispatched fri n received mon)Unfortunately there was some dmg. N by the time it was delivered and unpscked it was 4:58pm. I was a bit stressed with the crack and called but knew it was close to close time. John from the customer service team called me back a bit after 5. Advised me the process and followed up with me the next morning. He advised a replacement was on the way. Although there was the slight hiccup with the initial TV, Buy Smarte / John made the process super easy and i felt confident it would be resolved in a great manner. Def recommend these guys! I found Buy Smarte from searching on Google, the price was so much lower then the retails. The description said the carton is damaged but the product was in perfect condition.I lived close by and I was able to order online and pick up on the same day. They even told me that I can check and make sure the product was ok before I took it.Great service!I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

They are cheap, but please think about warranty service. I very regret purchasing TV from this company.

I bought new TV from them but accidentally damaged it, It was upset enough. However, John from Buysmarte has been very helpful and always respond to my enquires promptly that gave me lots of reassurance and information.Even thought i have to purchase another new TV, totally happy to go back to contact John. I rated his service is excellent. You can't use $$ or measure how good is their service.

After days of Googling and keeping an eye on Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, I saw that Buy Smarte had the cheapest price for the TV I wanted to buy (a Hisense U7HAU). Additionally, the Buy Smarte website reported that the tv was actually in stock, as well as enabled me to easily determine the shipping cost ($99), which, when combined with the purchase price, still came out slightly cheaper than all other retailers (JB, Good Guys, Harvey Norman. So I decided to make the purchase. Below is how my purchase through Buy Smarte played out.Cyber Monday (28-Nov)11:37am: I created an account11:46am: I placed my order, with payment via credit card.11:46am: I received a “New order” email confirming my order number and details of my order (item I had ordered, postage address, etc)11:46am: Received e-invoice12:13pm: Received email notifying that my order status has been updated to “packing for Cope”12:14pm: Received email with my full invoice attached1:22pm: Received email notifying that my order status has been updated to “Dispatched”, and that my item was being shipped by Allied Express. The email also contained my tracking number and a link to the Allied Express website.Tuesday 29-Nov-No updatesWed 30-Nov6:46am: Freight status updated to being onboard with driver for delivery2:20pm: I received a phone call from the courier driver checking that someone was home to take delivery. I confirmed.2:30pm: courier arrived and I helped him unload my new tv. It was the correct model and the box has no signs of damage.Overall I was extremely happy with my purchase through BuySmarte and highly recommend them.

We love our new Samsung tv and soundbar from Buysmarte. Great prices and service. We really appreciated the advice they gave us on which soundbar would work best for us too.
