I recently had a rear body repair and bumper replacement at Delaporte's. From start to finish I was kept informed of the progress of the job. Their were no delays during the process and the work was immaculate. My thanks and appreciation to all the staff who made my repair such a drama free experience.

Greg Delaporte and his staff are very friendly, willing to listen and understand the customers situation, Willing to answer any questions you may have.G & C Delaporte have being my panel beaters for many years, i no i can trust them as they treat my car like it is there's - like if your involved in an accident and the car gets towed to there business they call you to get the details they need for insurance, ask how you are(if the car is badly damaged).Extremely friendly, non pushy and understanding Panel Beater.I have referred friends of mine to this Panel Beater as they always do a fantastic job.5 Stars is not enough.

DO NOT recommend this place at all. Took my car for repair as one of RAC insurance mechanics. However there are more damages occured post repair (new paint got scratched off and steering wheel lethers were pelled off too due to one of the mechanics watches we believe) which the owner claimed not there faults.

Car repairs done but wait is too long. Free Rac loan car is the attraction but you are treated like a number, in and out , no customer service except loan car guy spend time with you .Could improve with customer service instead of fast food service!

Professional from start to finish. I had an insurance claim to repair rear bumper and tow ball. They said 4 days and was completed early.The work was top notch and as a bonus they noticed a couple of other panels that needed a cut and polish to fix some marks on the paint and fixed them at no cost.People are quick to criticize, but more people should praise the good work when they're happy.Thank you Delaporte ABR. This is the 3rd time we've used you and will come back next time.

I had my car in there 4 times in the last 18 months . 4 separate jobs not one was finished properly. My car had to go back in for re repairs every time. I will NEVER use them again .
