Mr and Mrs Harvey attended Centrelink Nowra Tuesday morning and were helped by a very professional, respectful and competent lady.Nothing was a trouble to her and we came away with all our concerns addressed and explained.It was such a different experience from the one we experienced from our hometown Centrelink office at Bathurst and we give Nowra Office a very high star rating. Thank you to the lady whose name I am sorry I do not know.

Shocking. Waste of time. I have been there 3 times! And they never solved my problems (just ordinary requests), they did not even change my adress that I asked to update! In only one call I had everything fixed. So could never recommend this place.

I had to stand in a line for 15 minutes to be then told I would have to wait a further two and a half hours to speak to someone. I was also told that I couldn't make an appointment. This is atrocious service.

This department is not run for the convenience of the public.I wanted to make an appointment for a visit over the phone but there is no direct telephone number for the Nowra Office. Just an automated centralised answering service that is unhelpful.This department has some very good people working in it but the people at the top from the Minister down seem determined to make dealing with this department a difficult and punitive process.

Centrelink ‘service line’ was of no help whatsoever all I required was a simple printed statement as I don’t have a printer.....service was rubbish !!!!!!
