Ramsay Pharmacy Tunstall Square
My wife attended with our two young children today - looking for advice for my son's ongoing cough. The pharmacist was cold and dismissive - even as my wife acknowledged that she needed to speak to a doctor, but just wanted some additional information as our usual GP is on leave. She did not even get a chance to finish what she wanted to say. If you are after friendly advice from a pharmacist - do not expect it from here.

Great Chemist, friendly helpful service. A thousand times better than that monstrousity Chemist warehouse. Its a nice change to be able to enter a chemist without being assaulted by the stench a cheap perfume. They always seem to have what I'm looking for, and if they don't they take the time to find it for you. Highly recommended.

Great pharmacy. Their prices are just as competitive as Chemist Warehouse but they treat you much better. Don't overlook them, they really are a hidden gem!

Ramsay Pharmacy is a great pharmacy in Tunstall. There are a couple other pharmacies in the square, including a Chemist Warehouse, but I come here because I always feel well looked after, no matter whether I'm getting a script filled or just finding the right cough syrup. Excellent advice and service from both the pharmacists and staff. Prices are middle of the range and reasonable.

12 pm on a Sunday afternoon, the store was completely empty. Wouldn't complete a statutory declaration. Not accomodating at all I would take my business elsewhere.

Refused to fill a private script. The rude woman grilled me on what I needed it for and then I was told my medication was prioritised for people who are subsidised. So it's not because they don't have stock.. they only care about the rebate they get to line their own pockets! They shouldn't get to pick and choose who needs medication when they're NOT a Doctor!!
