Customer service is arguably the most important thing for your business to get right. unfortunately Rabin kitchen the have really poor customer service. I bought today one peelers from fountain Gate store $19.99 after 10 min I just come back to store for refund she told me no she can’t do refund I tried to call twice to customer service the was really bad customer service. I will never go there anymore because it’s so expensive I found excally same peelers today with different price $14.50 that’s why I tried to refund.

Avoid this shop! They mislead their customers. They use the false branding strategy. e.g. they sell products of the Chinese brand Baccarat stylised like the famous French Baccarat brand.
