Absolutely fantastic winery with so many different varieties that I've never tried but am eager to include in my wine rack going forward. Beautiful location with a positive and delightful atmosphere. Perfect spot to spend a couple hours with friends or family. Was extra pleased to meet the *infamous* Josie the Jack Russell from the latest Quinta Quarterly whilst there. *Special shoutout to Steve who made the tasting superb with his engaging, fun and informative style. Can't wait to come back!

My adult son and I loved the Muscat blending class. It exceeded all our expectations. Sam was terrific - full of knowledge about the wineries history and the muscat making process. The blending class was heaps of fun and educational. The young couple we shared the class with were a lot of fun too. We were given different muscats made from different parcels of grapes. Each tasted different and we had four attempts to find the best blend. Our favourite blend was bottled off (375ml) and taken home to give to our friends to taste. Highly recommended.

Had the pleasure of meeting Tash Killeen , current owner of Stanton & Killeen with her mother Wendy. With 147 years of history in winemaking in Rutherglen, Tash brings new ways of thinking, and continues to build on the multi generational legacy that is Stanton & Killeen.Since 2015 they have planted a raft of Portugese varieties, including Arinto & Alvarinho. This year will see a first for Australia, with the varietal Antao Vaz to be used as a sparkling wine.They now grow 15 varieties on 34 hectares & are the renown champions of vintage port in Australia, thanks to Chris Kileens passion and vision for Portugese grape varietals.For my humble opinion, this has been the outstanding winery in Rutherglen.#explorerutherglen#winetasting#travelvictoria#winelife#rareozzies#winestagram#wineexperience#stantonandkilleenwines

Amazing time at the Stanton and Killeen Muscat Blending Experience. Natasha took us on a very informative tour of the wine making facilities - so much history! Then we did the muscat blending with winemaker Adrian carefully explaining each step of the process. It gave us a genuine experience of how the wines come together. Best of all, we got to take away our own specialized bottle of muscat refined to our exact taste :)

We were greated upon arrival by the delightful Jess. Her knowledge combined with what wines we prefer to drink made for the most memorable tasting we have ever experienced especially after doing the Barossa early January this year. Andre took us on an impromptu tour of the winery and Dave the winemaker gave us a taste of a beautiful port straight from the vat.Walked away with some beautiful fortified port and some really nice wine too.We will definately be back and could not fault the ambience, the conversation nor the customer service.
