Customer service was quite appalling, prior to confirming and making payment for my order the salesperson would email me daily quoting the previous email asking for payment. I decided to go through with the order and while the products I received are of reasonable quality I was not happy to see the parcel was shipped from Pakistan. I was under the impression I was doing business with a company based and operating in Australia.
