Uniden Australia

I had an issue with a Uniden product i purchased and this was the first time ever in all the 35 years i have been using Uniden. I contacted the service department and spoke to a person called Ben. He went out of his way i felt to help me greatly to fix the issue. With Bens advice and help i had a replacement product within 3 days. Brilliant service and a great team at Uniden, was a pleasure to be helped Ben and the team.Thanks Uniden...

Basically tricked into purchasing what I thought was a good security system but only uniden cameras work with the nvr.So now I have to spend another $3000 for cameras on top of the $1700 spent to build up the system.Identical system from another manufacturer online $2000 cheaper.Use to trust Uniden, never again.

Very pleasant experience pertchesing from Uniden. I have several Uniden products and never had a problem with the products.Only thing that could be improved on is more staff taking phone calls as I rang several times and left two messages on two occasions and only once someone called me back.Oh and information on new products need updating so that suppliers have access the exceseries as well, in this case IGO 90-R (rear camera for dash cam)

Absolutely TOP service from the spare parts division. An email, a phone call for clarification and the product was on its way within 36 hours. My particular product was a discontinued line so even more points to the staff, Chez, who went out of her way to assist.

Absolutely useless. Bought four pack of the App Solo Security Cam's, one of them connected after hours of trying, the other 3 would not connect at all.How can a company in Australia sell a product that doesn't work?Typical Australia.

I had an issue with UnidenIGO85R dash cam rear camera cable to short for my dual cab ute.Rang JC in support explained about cable length and mentioned about optional 8m or 10m cable at a extra cost. JC assured me a response will be sent to me by that afternoon. The response was sent via email within 1 hour.I spoke with Jane in spare parts about the lack of information on the packaging about the rear cable length supplied in box and on info on option extended HD cable.Jane spoke with management and the out come was I send back the 6m cable and Uniden will send out the 10m rear cable.Hopefully Uniden can elaborate more information on packaging to assist the consumer and on seller.I can now continue to install dash cam once cable arrives.I'm very happy with the product and can't wait to install it.Keep a the great work Uniden Support/ Spares

The lady over the phone was very nice and helpful, no complaints about the service and ease of ordering a replacement charger. The Charger itself cost $30. However, I was stung with $14.95 postage from Sydney to Melbourne! Seems outrageous that they can charge such ridiculous amounts of postage for such a little item that could fit in an express post costing less than a third of that price. I think they need to reassess this.

Whats the point of an offshore contact centre where you cant talk to anyone at the service centre at chipping norton. Now i have to drive an hour away from my place to see if the have replacement batteries for my dash cam - igo cam 80.
