Staffies are notorious for their separation anxiety.However, the staff were very professional and knew exactly what to do to help my girl to settle down.The kennels are clean and well maintained, they provide high quality food and each dog has their own private run.Boarding fees are reasonable as well....I highly recommend this kennel, to all locals and visitors to the area, who need to put their dog up for boarding.We will be using their services again, in December :)

First time my boy Skip and his bestie Rosie have been in a kennel and spent 2 nights there. I think i was more upset leaving them then they were towards me. Huge runs and very clean. I could only imagine how hard it would be keeping the grass in a good condition for all dogs to enjoy but they do a great job. The owner is very friendly and reassuring.Price is very good and I would drop Skip and Rosie off here again.

Coronation kennels is a lovely place to leave your pet. the staff are excellent and very caring and informative about your pets behaviour while staying there. You can trust them to look after them in a great environment. You can only a few minutes drive there from macksville.

Was quite unhappy with the way in which we were spoken to by the lady that worked there. We showed up Sunday morning not realising that it wasnt open until the afternoon and she was screaming at us instead of politely saying sorry we arnt open till this afternoon could you come back then please. We have been bringing our dog here for 9 years at least twice a year and to be spoken to in that manner was disgusting. We will not be returning.

I had to board my two cats at Coronations Cattery at the last minute due to a family emergency. I explained one of the cats was a rescue who could be quite anxious in a new environment. I was assured her needs would be met. When I picked them up she was extremely thin.I had her checked the next day by the vet who said the only thing wrong with her was she had not been eating due to stress. They never called me or told me when I called each day. They either didn't think it was important or didn't notice due to lack of care.

Great accommodations for my cat - own small room with many snuggly hidey holes, and an additional grassy, half canopied outdoor area for napping in the sun or shade during the day. They also give the pets love & attention. I understand they even do pet day care!

Our little girl Molly stayed at Coronation Kennels for Two weeks. This was her very first time as well as ours. It was like leaving a child when we arrived we were allowed to take Molly down to her new home Marcia was so understanding and reassuring. When we picked her up she was all bathed as requested and so happy to see us. The whole experience was probably worse for us than Molly.We would defiantly recommend Coronation Kennels. Thank you for looking after our little girl.

My doggie is looked after here really well and seems very happy with his little social life. I feel safe putting him there. I do really very much appreciate that the staff are very busy and engaged and it is important we do our best to keep the opening hours, stringently. However, sometimes the manner of speaking to the client could be improved.The layout of the kennels and socialising areas is impressive and seems very effective.Thank you, Helena

Booked them for seperate cages next to each other. This and food was discussed and agreed at drop off. On collection cats were not near each other and the food was not given as agreed.
