Very noisy as it is in the shopping centre. No relaxation music. Masseuse kept taking and making private phone calls. Police called in checking her Covid isolation status. Very ordinary massage. Never again.

Great remedial massage. The ladies were very kind and professional. She always checked in with me to make sure it wasnt too hard or hurting me. They got me in on short notice. I will 100% be returning.

Worst experience! Wasn't the first time I've been here, walked in swiped my NIB card and it didn't work, was told my card was playing up so paid cash and got my receipt and was also told If theres any problems with the receipt to come back. Got the worse massage of my life by someone that did not seem qualified at all for $80. Tried to claim through NIB 3 times over the past month to be told the business is not registered with NIB. During numerous messages back and forth with the owner he blamed my card then blamed NIB telling me he had called them twice to fix this but a month on nothing has happened and the business is still not registered with NIB even though they advertise it in their shop. I confronted the lady at the front desk 2 weeks after getting the massage and she wanted to swipe my card which was declined at the hicaps machine then was told to go to magic hands at kotara to swipe it to get my money back. I do not get a refund for swipping I normally just pay the gap so clearly this wasn't going to work without submitting receipts to NIB. Very unprofessional. I felt like the owner did not care and was not compensated. I'm feeling very ripped off!
