It was amazing that data on SSD could be recovered by the staff at Precision. The SSD was in a very poor state as another company had an attempted to do it and basically said everything was lost and unable to be recovered. Even better, I was contacted by phone and keep up to date on progress.

I am so impressed with the level of service I recently received from Veenay at Precision Computers. At what was a stressful time for me, he not only recovered all the data from my failed RAID storage unit in a short time frame but kept me posted every step of the way. I never had to follow him up and he explained everything clearly and fully. I now have a 'go to' person for computer issues in the future!

A retired friend who lives permanently on the road found that the hard drive containing all his photographs of his children and earlier life had failed. We offered to bring the hdd back to Brisbane and try to find someone who could retrieve the pictures. After two false starts, we went to Precision Computers and Veenay agreed to examine it. Rejecting the very expensive commercial data recovery option, Veenay rescued the photograph files virtually one at a time and copied them to a data stick. A fantastic outcome! Thank you Veenay. You made an elderly person who lives alone very happy.John
