Very poor service. Waited 15 mins via drive through abd was told order did not start. No sympathy whatsover. Ended up getting the refund. Very very poor service.

Absolutely poor customer service was told if your not happy, do not come back here. Food is always cold and old, wait is very prolonged. I have attempted to adress these issues with the manager and she was extremely uncooperative, unprofessional and arrogant. Part of the role of a manager in a business is to openly take constructive criticism and work on the business weaknesses. She does not fit the management role having her there will make the business reputation poor as word of mouth and reviews can be significant component in increasing productivity and advertising business to determine future success.

Great burgers here. Very happy with their burgers at Green Valley. Much better than at the Leumeah Hungry Jacks. The chicken looked like slightly battered road kill and did not in any shape or form resemble the nice adverts on TV or on their display board. False advertising at the very least. Legals need to look at these food places for misrepresentation. Seriously, the food at Hungry Jacks at Hollylea Rd Leumeah is very much under par. No stars I would give.Not a good experience as was the previous two purchases. We will not go there again.

Bacon and cheese burger deluxe, great as most times. Chip so hot and perfect. Do wish they would bring back the old onion rings, but that progress not always better for everyone

Hmmmmm please check your orders as they may get it right - they get you to wait in the waiting bay since it is a small drive thru at a petrol station.Once they delivered the food in your waiting bay, there were still items missing arrrgghhh.Staff needs more training from the head office as the orders should be automated but feel they are not present or interested in their job.

Hungry Jacks where the burgers are BETTER & BIGGER than MacDonald's. Food leaves MacDonald's far behind. The Cowpasture Road outlet is disgraceful. Staff always appear confused with orders and customer service. No manners. But then again, MacDonald's is much, much worse. I had a MacDonald's cheese burger yesterday. The smallest and most dustasteful burger U have EVER had.

Okay place and satisfy my HJs craving.I think it's stupid that they always ask you to park in waiting bays when there is no one behind you in the drive thru. Decided to leave a review as last time bays were full from service station patrons. On going issue.

We went through drive through, screaming to the top of my lungs to the lady who was taking our order as she keeps saying she couldn't hear me! We pay and collect our food, arrived home and realized sime of the stuffs was missing from our order.

Hungry Jack's Burgers Green Valley
I recently visited Hungry Jack's at Green valley, and while the food tasted great, unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory due to several issues. Although the location I visited was better than the one in Smithfield, I regret not taking a photo to prove to the managers the state of the empty but dirty tables. Additionally, the misinformation provided about the availability of a specific soft drink and below-average service left a bad impression on me. Although I would give a 3-star rating because of the taste of the food, the lack of cleanliness and accuracy of information were concerning. I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and accuracy, and I hope that the management takes note of these issues and works to address them to provide a better experience for future customers.
