As a General Practitioner, I refer many patients to this clinic and highly recommend the psychologists here. Caring and professional, in an informal, home like environment.Particularly good for paediatric patients with rabiots, chickens, trampoline, basketball amd a big garden in which to blend play amd therapy.

The therapy is fine but if you have to cancel an appointment you won’t get a call to reschedule. You’ll only get an email with an invoice for the cancellation charge and, in my case, a follow up email from the councillor asking for feedback. The business’ customer service needs work. Given it’s a mental health resource, phone calls to clients who cancel are important. This practice is lacking in sympathy.
