My car is 12 years old. After Jackie serviced my car, the car is so smooth to drive and quieter. Feels like driving a new car! Jackie not only does an excellent job but also is a honest and friendly person. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone for his high quality service at a very reasonable price.

Jackie is an absolute rock-star, truly the best you can get! I recently moved to the area and went to Intune for the first time this week. Can I just say I have never felt more trusting of a mechanic. You know the moment you walk in there that you are dealing with a genuine, honest individual who loves their trade. Pricing was very fair and no changes (requiring payment) were made to the car without my prior approval. Sadly, I don't think I've ever experienced that in my 20 year driving history. You're stuck with me now team!

One of the top auto services I've ever been to. Serviced the 120i today. A noticeable difference to the engine, more efficient and quieter. Good and honest price will be back!

I booked in service and pink slip for today, the mechanic said to turn up at 8am, I did but he wasn’t there. I waited for half hour, and tried calling half dozen times but no one answered. Luckily this street is full of mechanics one of them was able to fit me in. But very angry that my time was wasted. But was probably my lucky day that he never got near my car, someone who doesn’t answer their phone or doesn’t show up on time is definitely unreliable and not someone you want to trust with your car. I hope the mechanics sleep-in was worth a 1 star review.

I'm not one to write reviews but I have been so impressed with Jackie over the last year or two that I thought I'd make the effort. We've had a lot of people look at our cars over the years and Jackie is by far the best at what he does. He's also honest, reliable, great value for money and an all-down good person. He picked up serious problems that my other mechanic had missed. He also drove all the way to the supermarket to help my wife who's batter went flat and even saved our car (and us hundreds of dollars!) when my wife put the wrong petrol in. Jackie has strong morals and values and takes great pride in his work and it is obvious in his quality care, the way he treats his staff and in the way he treats his customers. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Jackie to anyone wanting great-quality, reliable and honest service at a good price.

I rarely leave reviews online but I was so impressed with the professionalism I received when I took my car here last week. The owner was so friendly and helpful , called me as he found a cheaper tyre but same quality , and kept me updated when it was coming in . I also had a huge mess in my boot that I forgot about and he had to wade through that to put the spare in - all with a smile . I felt like I was treated like a valued client and that is rare unfortunately. Highly recommend !

This is an outstanding car service centre. Jacky the mechanic treats your car like it is his own and makes sure it is repaired and serviced to the highest standard but also that all aspects of the car are as safe as can be. He does not cut corners or use poor quality parts and he is extremely honest and reliable. He is also VERY competitively priced - much cheaper than mechanics I visited before discovering Intune. I cannot recommend this car service centre more highly.
