Anyone who hates going to a gym and wants to get active, this is the place to go. Fun outdoor personal training with a great group of people who are always welcoming and friendly. The trainer is always willing to give you tips and pointers to get you on the right track. You can work as hard or as soft as you need.

Attending 5 sessions a week at Step into life Hallett Cove has improved my health and fitness in so many ways. Our trainer is the best personal trainer ever. He pushes you but that's what I need. Every session has a lot of variety never boring. Great bunch of people to train with always friendly and welcoming and we have fun and a laugh at every session
