How many things you bought from Bunnings that were only used once and sit in storage forever? or worse, buried in the landfill for the next coupe of centuries and maybe still there after human disappeared from the earth?How many times you wish you have a power tool just to fix a minor thing" but you couldn't justify the cost of buying a new tool for hundreds of dollars?How many houses you see people actually using their garage for cars

A brilliant idea - I've just borrowed my first tool.Pros: lots of choice and good quality based on my first borrowing.Cons: location! Convenient for those who work in the city and can walk or bus - but there is scarce little parking (other than $17 for the Library/Museum carpark).Would be ideal if some suburban tool libraries could open.

Friendly staff make this a great place to visit to borrow some tools. Go and check it out, so many tools to borrow and use and there is also camping gear.

What a great initiative and a game changer, having the beautiful volunteers who always help with tools and suggestions is priceless.As English is my second language, i always appreciate the efforts to prepare the items for me when i describe them.I have done a lot of work at home and got a lot of ideas to work on thanks for the Brisbane tools library.Saved efforts, Saved storage, Saved money, less junk, more environmental friendly, excellent community support.Keep up the good work, be safe working with the tools, you are awesome , we need more BTL hubs all over the city.
