Very bad experience. Price kept going up as things were supposedly broken. The blinds worked perfectly before he took them down to clean them. When he Re-installed them the springs broke, then the tension went. All this was extra money and extra time. They are still not fixed. When I pull the blinds down they just drop all the way down and only stop as they are hitting the ground.He dirtied the freshly painted walls, was not careful at all. I couldn’t wait to get rid of him.He said new blinds would cost over $4k!! New blinds would actually cost $1500.He lied all the time. He said he had never done any jobs in the building and then later said he had done lots of jobs and that these blinds always have issues. When I told him I have been there for 9 years with no issues he didn’t know what to say. I kept catching him out with other lies. He’s the kind of man that takes advantage if your husband is not home.Stay away, do not recommend him at all.

Often a negative comment placed by anyone wishing to damage the reputation of a business, can have dire results. I am so glad I ignored the posted negative comment and had Ultra Blind do the job. I have 10 floor to ceiling venetians plus others in my house and the thought of cleaning them myself was not an option!! I was initially concerned re the lack of privacy once blinds taken down but this was not an issue with Ultra Blind's same day removal, pick up, delivery and reinstallation (even though we live a long way from their Bedford Park premises) Even had a few cords and wands replaced. Extremely happy with everything and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Great service, we had a fabric roller blind which had been stained with window frame timber dye.The stain was completely removed, now like new! Very pleased.

Quick turnaround with same day uninstall , pick up , clean, return and reinstall service. Pretty good huh! Our micro Venetians came up like brand new after 30 years of built up heavy grime, dust and smoke tar. Even the draw cords came up clean after being blackened from dirty hands. Highly recommended !
