We stayed here on our way through and just loved it! The Lodge has so much Old World Charm. Angel and Dan are excellent hosts, who are passionate about this beautiful building. The accomodation is fabulous. We stayed in room 11 off the back deck which was really spacious, had Netflix and the bed was super comfy!! To top it off, when we arrived the owners were there and invited us to enjoy dinner with them and the other guests in the dinning room. A homemade Greek feast of Moussaka (soooooooo good!) and Cabbage Salad, also extremely delicious!!. What a treat :-) Great conversation and such beautiful and welcoming people. We wouldn't stay anywhere else and will make this a must on our way through town next time. Well done Dan and Angel.....you deserve your 5 star ratings...and more!

To be clear the Star is a lodge style place with very simple old-fashioned facilities. That said it was immaculately clean and comfortable, welcoming, and great value for money. Lovely gracious old building.Easy walking distance to all that Narrandera has to offer.

Great place to stay, I had an overnight stay while traveling between Adelaide and Sydney. Angel/Tina it was pleasure chatting with you on Sunday 10th July and your fireplace was the best place to be in the winter. I wish you best of luck and I might see you again. Ta

Older boarding house style with shared amenities. The building is beautiful and has many of its original features. Both the owner and Angel, the caretaker for the evening, made us feel very welcome.

Stayed in room 10 over Easter (to enjoy the Rod Run that was in town). The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and doors onto the beautiful balcony. Great building, very clean and very welcoming atmosphere thanks to our host Dan. K&L

A lovely place with an old world charm! Angel was a very friendly and warm host! Clean room, large selection of teas, comfortable bedding, and access to a complimentary massage chair. Breakfast also available for a small fee. Overall a really good spot for a night stop, at an affordable price. Good job guys!

Great place to stay the night especially on a long trip. Very comfortable bed, clean and fantastic value.
