I live between noosa and brisbane. Down in bris, my go to mechanic is Jax Tyres. So was confident they will help me here in noosa knowing they're big business. Unfortunately, Jax Noosa booked me in, took my car issue details, waited for 2 days, turned up and only to be turned away. Was told to check someone else.Gav, on the other hand, was more than happy to help and got it done in no time. A simple 1hr job, and business like him should be in the limelight and not those big franchise who can't commit of looking after their customers. I could not be any more grateful. Quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. It's rare to find an honest mechanic these days who actually cares about vehicles and enjoys his job. Gavin showed his professionalism the whole way through our experience, from the full diagnostic check, to sourcing parts, quoting & invoicing, to completing the job on time. There was quite a bit of work to be completed and even at the end of the day, he still had a smile. Pricing was very reasonable and he was able to accommodate my requests. I have been to a couple of larger workshops in Noosa that have been overpriced and just didn't show the professionalism or care that Gavin showed.
