Excellent age care freindly staff,great facilities for family and freinds to visit,cafe selfserve coffee,tea and hot chocolate. Nice gardens, with table and chairs and shade.

I love this organisation good staff , good management, good working environment, loving residents.

The nurses are gentle & caring. The organisation seems to be well run. Staff are courteous to residents and visitors alike. Site is hygienic.

My best friend is very satisfied with the great care for her elderly mum, I visited her and they were assisting with all requests.

We chose Noble Manor for my mum as Daniela came highly recommended from friends.During a stressful time, her warm and gentle approach made us feel welcome from the beginning. She was very informative and helpful in explaining the process to us as we didn’t know where to start and it was all new territory. She then also took the time to explain everything in detail in Serbian to my Mum who was absolutely blown away by this and immediately felt comfortable and at ease as her English is limited. During lockdown, Daniela also called my Mum personally to update her on Dad and even sent her a couple of photos of him via text which made Mum so happy. It’s wonderful to have someone who shows compassion during challenging times.I can’t tell you how much this means to our family. The staff are fantastic, always friendly and greet you with a smile.We know we made the right decision and would highly recommend Noble Manor to anyone looking for care for their loved one.Hvala ti puno od srca Danijela.

The care that they provided to my sister through out her time there was very good. Contrary to some lies circulating on social media they never denied any of the family the right to visit over the past weekendas her time there came to an end. The staff remained dedicated and compassionate right to the last even while being overwhelmed with abusive emails and phone calls from misinformed followers of a psychotic individual who was not even in the same state when this was occurring.

Can someone please tell Head office lady named Jane to speak politely. I am health care professional tryin to give an important update and the way she talked is very rude and unprofessional. She got annoyed as I called head office instead of main facility as thats number poping up on website. I firmly believe irrespective of situation and circumstances you have to remain police and supportive. Screaming to someone in abrupt way and advise not call is really poor professionalism. Please please improve.
