Generally the staff are pretty unhelpful, and not knowledgeable. Bunnings has a wider range of products, pricing isn’t that competitive either unless you are a higher volume trade customer.

The best paint store in Sydney. The service is so friendly and helpful. Steven is a living legend, he went above and beyond to help us save potentially hundreds of dollars and gave really practical advice. I'm never going to bunnings ever again for my painting needs. Thanks again guys!

Steve was exceptional. He went above and beyond for what was going to be a small order including ringing head office to see whether the PMS colour could be matched and talking to their technical people to come up with the closest alternative.Every other shop I spoke to, and there were quite a few, just put it in the too hard basked and told me there was no solution.

I love Dulux but I hate this store , because when you are going there , no one really care about your time .They should serve customers quicker. This issue to me most of the times .Poor , poor, poor customers service , I will try to not come to the store if possible.RegardsApc Constructions
