Paul has helped me purchase several properties in recent years- both residential and commercial for both personal and investment purposes. He has also created other legal documents as needed. He has the experience and knowledge to deal with vendors whose conditions and demands are not straight forward. He is prompt in responding to emails and phone calls and he gets to the point and tells me exactly what I need to make the best decisions and relieve anxiety. More importantly, Paul has taken the time to educate me in the deal breaking things to look for in contracts and potential problems with certain properties which has prevented me from making bad investment decisions. Even though I am based in Sydney and Paul has moved to Toronto, the processes and procedures Paul has set in place allow all transactions and contractural processes to be completed smoothly and conveniently without having to meet up face to face.
