Absolutely wonderful service. After a car accident in November my insurance company sent me here, couldn’t be happier. They have done an absolutely wonderful job on the repairs of my car. Deb in the office has been so very kind during the process and kept me up to date as much as possible. Thank you all so very much.

i was more than extremely happy with the service and the final result of my full paint respray and repairs to my car. Combined autos went above and beyond in accessing the extras that were needed for my nudge bar and spot lights that they sourced and replaced. Have used the services of Combined Auto repairs on more than one occasion and I must say I would not trust anyone else to repair my car.Starting with the lovely ladies at reception to the actual workmanship in the repair shop ,the overall experience was outstanding!! My son was driving my new Hyundai i30 nLine in Townsville when someone reversed into the front of it causing significant damage to front panels and lights. As I am resident of Melbourne this presented a significant logistical challenge however the local Hyundai dealership referred me to Combined Auto Repairs. A quote was obtained easily and was subsequently accepted by the other driver's insurance assessor. Then came a long wait for parts to be sourced from overseas due to covid related supply chain issues). Once all required parts were sourced, Combined Auto Repairs were able to time their repair work to match in with my son's university semester break meaning that he didn't have to go without access to a vehicle for the repair period. When he got back to Townsville the car was all repaired and he was very happy with the quality. Being the remotely based owner I was delighted with the support and assistance provided by Combined Auto Repairs through the full duration of the saga - their staff were always very friendly, kept me informed at every step, and were really flexible in juggling the timing of the repairs so that any inconvenience to my son was minimised. I couldn't be happier with the overall process.

I loved the personal touch which started with Deb at the reception desk. My repair job was small, but to me I am proud of my car (I raced it at Mt Stuart Hillclimb) and I think it's a super car, nifty, front wheel drive, turbo and all creature comforts. When I picked it up (using a taxi paid for by Combined Auto Repairs), it stood there gleaming all over with no signs of the repairs. It was like a new car although it's 10 years old! If I ever need repairs for my car, I will go straight to Combined Auto Repairs. Thank you guys. You cared for my car just like I would. Lyn
