We had 240 Electrical install a hot water system for us and install some lighting. Professional prompt service, workmanship was outstanding. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. Will definitely be using their services again.

Terrible experience! Added things to the bill afterwards, that the 'Managing Director' didn't bother to tell us when we got the estimate, and overcharged us. The electrician just didn't rock up at all at the allotted time and we had to call them and rearrange everything so he could come back and do the job. Gave us a blank invoice and insisted we provide credit card details for payment, then went and added extra time after we gave them our card details. Trying to resolve all this with the office manager was a nightmare - incredibly defensive woman with no interpersonal skills. Eventually after much insistence we were able to extract a proper invoice accounting for all the charges and following this was able to extract a refund for part of the overcharge (out of the goodness of their hearts apparently - umm no out of the fact that you ripped us off) but were still overcharged in the end. We will never use them again and recommend the same to everyone we know.

We had two Haiku 2.1 metre fans installed by Beau and his assistant Cameron. They did a great job in a challenging installation. They were very helpful and managed to install the fans in the ideal position. Could not be happier.

We have used 240 Electrical for many years for both our home and our investment properties and have found them to be reliably on time, always agreeable and very respectful. Without hesitation, I would recommend them as the go to guys for any electrical issue.
