Best customer service ever! Great store!The worker who assisted me was named ‘Ally’. She had amazing customer service and showed me some products. Sports power Pakenham should feel very lucky to have a worker like Ally.Also the owner was great. Thank you.

Couldn’t rate Sportspower pakenham highly enough! First I bought a home gym and Michael went out of his way to ensure it was a smooth process and organized delivery for me. I was already very happy! Unfortunately there was some marks on the gym which wasn’t at all sportspowers fault however Michael went out of his way again to organize fixes with the supplier and offered a store credit. Absolutely fantastic service and well deserving of this review. Thanks guys!

Might want to learn the importance of acknowledging people who bother walking in to shop. Zero customers being served but no attempt at all to say gday or see if help was needed.

Its not hard to change your details! Your website says open till 5:30 for instore shopping".. everyone else has changed they're buisness details. As there is no mesage bank i drove down to store.. dissapointing"
