Amazing service by the team. Alvin was super friendly and they even accommodated me even though I came one week earlier for my appointment.

Flash professional look but doesn't live up to the image. Never got to speak to an actual mechanic, concerns fobbed off. Spare parts?!! Took them a week to deliver a wheel nut for my Abarth. Very impersonal, no passion and no satisfaction. Disappointing.

Roy the service manager was an absolute gentleman,treated my Alpha Giulia with kid gloves,highly recommend Roy and the team,if your Alpha needs anything do yourself a favour and see Roy,best in the business,I won’t be going back to Zagames

Very poor experience. Got my Alfa less than 3 weeks ago...had to go in for an internal light fault and a recall. Was there for 3 hours...they had to order in a replacement part for the internal lights so I had to come back another day and leave the car for the full day...if I wanted a loan car it's $40 however they're booked out for 2+ weeks. I also overheard when I was there another guy complain about the issues he has had with his car multiple times after servicing, radiator lid wasn't closed and radiator fluid went everywhere etc.Came home and the engine light came on and saw that the glove box light was sticking out...didn't have any of these issues in the past few weeks I had the car. Called up the centre and emailed them these photos (attached), they advised the technician didn't go into the glovebox nor the engine. Very difficult to believe especially regarding the glovebox light given the fault was with the internal lights and the day before it wasn't sticking out.I compare this with the level of service my inlaws receive at BMW (they either are reimbursed for an Uber trip home and back to the service centre or are provided a loan car free of charge).Have raised the issue with FCA.

Never have parts for older vehicles. They answered that I should call a private company.

Very expensive service charges with very poor customer service.Last week I had a very bad experience with my Dodge service. My car GPS system was not working and they are unable to find out the solution and instead of guiding properly manager was very rude. He asked me to to chase sales people and then come back.As a normal practice everytime we had service in past, they at least vacuum whole car but this time they only vacuumed driver side and nothing else.When I asked manager he told me that people cleaning cars are from your community and it's non of his business.Still after contacting sales team no result my car GPS is still not in service. What a shame.

Friendly staff and fast services.

Booked an almost brand new, perfectly running Fiat 124 in for service. When the car was returned the gearbox made a clunking sound in first. Returned the car and was told over a week later the clutch was burnt out. Refused to replace under warranty claiming driver abuse which I vehemently denied. Clutch took over 3 months from Italy and cost $3,000. NEVER AGAIN - WORST MECHANICS EVER.
