My wife rang yesterday to book a plumber to disconnect 3 gas appliances for renovation works. Young Matt turned up on time and completed the disconnects as asked. He was very professional, polite and engaging throughout and if he is an example of the staff employed then your company is in very good hands. I was contacted by Kathryn a bit later and she also is a very good advertisement for the company. Well done and a very sincere thank you. RINNAI Space Heater repair.My 10 year old heater was 'making electronic noises' after ignition which Matt was able to diagnose/rectify AND service the unit all within the service call time frame. My booking was initially made by a very helpful and pleasant young lady who was able to point me in the right direction to resolve my heater problem.All around, job well done!
