Kareela Village Medical Centre
Booked my partner an 8.40 appointment as he has a severe shoulder pain, just after 9am the receptionist advises the doctor wont be arriving at the practice for another 20 minutes. Honesty. Hideous service. How are you even able to book appointments with no doctor in the office and then to not bother communicating it to all the patients. Won't be back here.

Dr. Jeffrey Tran stands out as an exceptional GP. Despite youth, he possesses impressive knowledge and displays a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and amiability. I consider myself lucky to have such a good doctor to look after me myself and my wife.

Kareela Village Medical Centre is simply amazing. My kids and I see Dr.Gendi and she is nothing short of empathetic, knowledgeable and kind. I recommend everyone that needs to see a doctor to her and this medical centre and without fail, they always have the same experience we do.

Kareela Village Medical Centre
I would rate them higher (as service is good) if it wasn't SO HARD to get through on the phone. Sometimes you get an answering machine/ voicemail, sometimes a recorded message where you cant leave a message and don't get put through to reception, sometimes a fax line that screeches in your ear. A serious update to their phone system needs to happen.

This Doctors Surgery is the best one for any nurse to work at. It is a great place. The doctor, receptionist and nurses are professional, knowledgeable and treat you with the best care possible.

Dr Chowdhury is the best doctor, understanding and caring, always like to visit him as he can detect what exactly was wrong and I didn't have to go through random tests. We are going to him from a decade now, always satisfy & I would recommend him to everyone.

On a few occasions when my regular GP was away & I needed a doctor, I've contacted Kareela Village Medical Centre and they have been incredibly helpful and caring. The receptionist is absolutely lovely, and I'm so grateful for the time and care I've received from the doctors, even though I'm not a regular patient. Most recently, I received reassuring expert advice and treatment from Dr Nguyen, who exemplified professionalism and compassion.Thank you to all the staff for your excellent, vital service to the community, including me.
