Some of the members of staff need better training to manage their time and communication with the customer. I had an awful incident with one of the members who’s name I do not know however he was of Nepalese decent (I know that from conversing with him at the start- polite nice guy in the beginning also gave me the price I was quoted by his boss on Boxing Day)I got my phone repaired here on the 28th December. I was told it would take 1.5 hours at the time I handed my phone in precisely at 12:15pm by the technician so I decided to stick around the shopping centre.I then returned back to the shop at 1:55pm. He told me he would need another half hour as I went to pick it up.I then returned around 2:50 pm nearly an hour later). His response was another 5-10 minutes which really shocked me.I waited and went back and the phone was still not ready and I obviously got upset and said ‘you have taken double the time than you initially quoted if you had told me I would’ve left the shops now I’ve had to pay for extra parking you should reduce the price slightly to compensate‘His response- ‘do you want your phone or not, if this is the tone you’re going to take then have your phone there you go have it now’ the irony here is that the phone was still not ready it did not have the back glass on which is why I was there to begin with. I was utterly shocked at his response.The man lacked basic etiquette, time management, courtesy to communicate with the customer if something is taking longer than expected he had a contact number he could’ve reached out to. However I only got my phone 3 hours later that too after experiencing this horrible customer service.It’s appalling to witness such behaviour. I now don’t even trust anyone he job as he might have done something wrong in spite. Time will tell on this one. However the two guys - Dominic and the Nepalese guy who I interacted with were not helpful or courteous. I can give more details of his behaviour via an email or a phone call but this is not how you treat any one let alone your own paying customer.

A few issues with my phone after waiting a couple hours they couldn't find a part I needed, was looking like a couple day wait for a delivery and then Nathan came on shift and sorted everything out. He is a wizzard ! Highly recommend him. He cares about your time and your phone . Absolute legend !!!

The guys here have been extremely helpful on numerous occasions when I've needed assistance. They are both extremely approachable, friendly and knowledgeable...and someone as myself, who is tech challenged, the guys are non judgemental. Highly recommend The mobile Company - Nate and Nathan ;)

Unfortunately our encounter with this company was negatively affected by ONE employee’s attitude and professionalism! Nathan, wears black rimmed classes was unnecessarily rude with us when trying to buy a phone cover. We had told him it was for a iPhone 12, this was not exactly right and when we checked with the phone it was too big an was actually a mini. However he was SO rude and when walking away from us to the cupboard he said loudly “Well you could have told me before” and carried on being rude with an attitude. He even through his pen at the computer, we were totally shocked at his attitude and asked for our money back, his attitude was uncalled for! He has no business working in retail and needs an attitude adjustment. We were the only people there so he was not busy. He is not doing your business justice and I will NEVER use your business or recommend it to anyone!!!

Amazing team! Took my super dead phone and they knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it on the spot. Highly highly recommend!
